Who runs SIP?

At the helm of the company is founder Alan Winer and Jessica Berman who leads business development and marketing.

Why did you create SIP?

Originally trading as Dynastea, the business changed its name to reflect its extensive full beverage solution which encompassed a holistic range of tea and tea products.

Why is SIP different from other brands?

SIP is the only low calorie, sugar free, vegan South African syrup house who own all their own IP and create all their own products.

How do you use SIP products?

SIPs products are loved for their multi-use which includes mixing with water to enjoy as an ice tea, blended with ice as a refreshing slush, served with hot water for a soothing rooibos tea or as a mixer for a cocktail.

What are the health benefits?

With a real rooibos base tea, SIPs products offer various health benefits. These include:

  • Antioxidants which may reduce the risk of various diseases
  • Assistance with stomach pains as Rooibos tea contains several nutrients that are antispasmodic
  • Support for heart health as it keeps blood circulation pumping smoothly
  • Aids in weight loss – like green tea and black tea, drinking rooibos tea is a good way to enjoy a delicious beverage without packing on the pounds.
  • Improves the appearance of skin – Rooibos tea contains alpha hydroxy acid, which is one of the main ingredients in skin treatments such as chemical peels
Where are SIPs ingredients sourced?

SIP is committed to sourcing local South Africa products as much as we can but some of our products are imported in the event we are unable to find the right high-quality products we need.

Is SIPs packaging recyclable?

As a brand deeply committed to ensuring minimal environmental impacts we use reusable glass bottles for our syrups and recyclable cardboard pringle for our powders

What are the shipping terms?

Shipping is set as R95 for all provinces in South Africa for orders under R350. Orders over R350 are free of charge. Orders take 3 – 5 business days for delivery.

What is the returns policy?

We offer a full refund for any items which you may have purchased if you are not completely satisfied. NO terms and conditions.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! As we develop and manufacture our own products we have full flexibility for our range. There is a full range of products not listed on the website in both sugar and sugar-free, please enquire for further information.
